What does the Hosting Package include?

What is a Custom Website?
With a Custom Site, consultations with the client will be initiated in order to determine the needs of the customer, how many pages, color preference, theme preference, jumps needed, etc. The design process will take over, and the final site may vary from the initial proof more than a Template Site would as the customer's needs and tastes are explored. Custom Sites can include a multitude of pages and have Modules added to it.
How long does it take to build a Custom Website?
Custom websites all depend on the complexity of the desired site. But typically, from 3-5 weeks if all the necessary materials are provided right away. Any delay in providing materials can cause delay in finishing site.
What is a Template Website?
Template Sites use the layout of the chosen template with only very minor changes to the layout. Colors may be changed, and most of the pictures and text will have changed, such as name of company, logo, etc. But the client will know basically from the start what the site will look like. Template Sites can include a multitude of pages and have Modules added on.
How long does it take to build a Template Website?
Generally, it can take one to three weeks.
What are Modules?
Modules are various pages or functions a customer can add on to his site in order to increase the functionality of his site. They include Credit Card Processing, Inventory, Database, Email Blasting, Logo Design, Slideshow of Pictures, Flash, Video, Secured Shopping Cart, Forum and Blogs. Once I place my order, what do I do next?
If you have your pictures and text for your site ready, you could go ahead and upload those through our FTP utility. Once your order is processed, an Account Rep will contact you to go over the details of your new site.
What if I move and need my address changed on my site?
We can make that change for you, and it is part of your monthly maintenance so there would be no additional cost to make those minor changes for you.
What format do my pictures need to be in?
RGB, 72 dpi at the size you want to use them at. The format is jpg, psd, tif, ai, eps, pdf, png or gif.
What format do you want my text in?
Here are the extensions we accept: .doc, .txt, .rtf, .pdf, .qxd, .ai, .indd, .pmd or html. If unsure, email us your questions.
